About this service
There is a particular stillness to the last weeks before a first child arrives — equal parts anticipation and disbelief. It does not last, and it photographs beautifully.
Maternity sessions run at whatever pace is comfortable. We shoot in-studio with controlled light or outdoors in the last hour of daylight, and we keep the session short enough that it never becomes exhausting. Gowns and drapes are available in studio in a range of sizes.
